Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
New Category Creation: Identify and evaluate opportunities for new product categories, leveraging market research and consumer insights.
Product Line Launch: Lead the successful launch of new product lines, from concept development to go-to-market strategy.
Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze data and key metrics to identify growth opportunities, optimize customer journeys, and enhance conversion rates.
Sales Funnel Optimization and automation: Continuously improve the sales funnel by implementing A/B tests, conversion rate optimization, and user experience enhancements.
Team Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing growth team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development.
P&L Ownership: Take ownership of the overall profit and loss (P&L) for the assigned business module, driving revenue growth and profitability.

Qualifications:
Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master‘s degree preferred).
Minimum of 4 years of experience in growth marketing, product management, or a related role.
Proven track record of successfully driving growth initiatives, launching new products, and achieving revenue targets.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in team leadership and people management, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
