Job Description: Technical Application & Solution Architect

We are looking for a Technical Application & Solution Architect to join our CIO function and lead the design and development of innovative solutions for our internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with the enterprise architecture and best practices. You will also oversee the implementation and integration of the solutions, ensuring quality and performance. You will work closely with the CIO, business analysts, developers, testers, and other functions to deliver solutions that meet the business needs and expectations.
Responsibilities: (SAP & Non-SAP Applications)
and understand the business requirements and objectives of the stakeholders.
and document the technical architecture and solution for the application, ensuring compliance with the enterprise architecture and standards.
and evaluate the appropriate technologies, tools, frameworks, and methodologies for the solution.
guidance and support to the development team on the technical aspects of the solution, ensuring adherence to the design and quality standards.
and oversee the integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the solution, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
and resolve any technical issues or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
and collaborate effectively with the CIO, business analysts, developers, testers, and other functions.
abreast of the latest trends and developments in the technology domain and apply them to improve the solution.
Develop and maintain architectural artefacts, such as architectural diagrams, models, and documentation.
Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks related to technology solutions.
the existing technology landscape and identify opportunities for architectural enhancements and optimization.
and maintain an enterprise architecture framework that encompasses business processes, application systems, data management, infrastructure, and security.

Requirements:
Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
least 10 years of experience in designing and developing complex applications and solutions using various technologies and platforms.
experience as an Technical Application & Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering enterprise-level solutions.
knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and methodologies.
understanding of business processes, application systems, data management, infrastructure, and security principles.
in translating business requirements into technical architectures and solution designs.
with cloud technologies, such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform
experience in application and solution architecture, including enterprise architecture frameworks, patterns, principles, and best practices.
knowledge and skills in various technologies and domains, such as web, mobile, cloud, data, security, integration, etc.
in using various tools and methodologies for software development, such as agile, DevOps, CI/CD, etc.
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.
proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
