Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer with a strong civil engineering background to oversee individual home construction projects The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and executing residential construction projects Key Responsibilities Project Oversight Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards Site Management Coordinate with contractors subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth operation of construction processes Technical Expertise Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with design and safety standards Quality Control Conduct regular inspections of work performed and materials used to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards Documentation Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records including daily reports progress updates and change orders Utilize MS Excel for data management and reporting Problem Solving Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise on-site promptly and effectively Communication Liaise with clients architects and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates on project progress Requirements Education Diploma Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Experience 4-8 years of experience in civil engineering specifically in individual home construction projects Skills Proficient in MS Excel for managing and analyzing project data Strong command of English and Kannada Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Vehicle Must have a personal vehicle for commuting to various construction sites Location Must be based in or willing to relocate to this area Locations Electronic City Bangalore Nearby JP Nagar Bannerghatta Sarjapur Benefits Fuel Allowance
