Job Description Job Title: Visa and Application Specialist Company: UES ABROAD Location: Bangalore, Karnataka Salary: 2.4 LPA - 5 LPA (based on experience) Experience: Minimum 1-2 years Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Visa and Application Specialist to join our team at UES ABROAD. The ideal candidate will assist students and professionals in preparing, submitting, and tracking visa applications for international education and migration opportunities. This role requires strong knowledge of global visa processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. Key Responsibilities Guide clients through the entire visa application process for countries such as USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, and others. Review and verify documents (passports, academic records, financial proofs, SOPs, LORs, etc.) for completeness and accuracy. Prepare and submit visa applications, study permit forms, and supporting materials via online portals or embassies. Liaise with universities, embassies, consulates, and immigration authorities to resolve queries and follow up on application status. Conduct mock interviews and provide counseling on visa interview preparation. Stay updated on changing visa policies, immigration rules, and country-specific requirements. Maintain accurate client records, timelines, and documentation in CRM systems. Handle rejections or RFEs (Request for Evidence) by preparing appeals or revised submissions. Collaborate with the counseling and marketing teams to ensure seamless client experience. Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business Administration, International Relations, or related fields). Experience: 1-2 years in visa processing, immigration consultancy, or study abroad services. Freshers with relevant internships may be considered. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of student visas (F-1, Tier 4, SDS, etc.), dependent visas, and work permits. Familiarity with VFS, IELTS/TOEFL integration, and embassy procedures. Skills: Excellent English communication (written & verbal). Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under deadlines and manage high-volume caseloads. Certifications (Preferred): QEAC (Qualified Education Agent Counsellor) or similar immigration training.
