Job Title Senior Recruiter Location Remote India Work Hours EST Time Zone Company Technotopia Solutions LLC Employment Type Full-Time About Technotopia Solutions LLC Technotopia Solutions LLC is a Certified Minority Business Enterprise and one of the fastest-growing consulting and staffing firms in the U S Headquartered in Piscataway New Jersey we specialize in delivering high-quality staffing consulting and IT services across multiple industries including IT Finance Engineering Pharmaceutical Clinical and Non-IT sectors Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter with over 7 years of proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple verticals The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sourcing screening and closing candidates for both IT and Non-IT domains while maintaining strong relationships with direct clients and vendors Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT R D Engineering Clinical Pharmaceutical Medical Devices and Non-IT roles Engage with direct clients including State clients across the U S MA GA IA OH DE CO OR CT MI IN ID VA NC and enterprise clients such as Daimler Truck Fiserv IBM Novartis Amgen and CGI Utilize VMS platforms such as SAP Fieldglass Beeline Wand Vector VMS and Dot Staffing to manage requisitions and candidate submissions Conduct multi-channel sourcing via LinkedIn job boards internal databases referrals and headhunting Evaluate candidates through comprehensive screening technical assessment and background verification processes Negotiate salaries pay rates and employment terms W2 C2C and Contract-to-Hire Maintain excellent knowledge of U S tax terms visa classifications and work authorization requirements Mentor and train junior recruiters driving best practices in candidate engagement submission quality and client interaction Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants clients and internal teams Collaborate with hiring managers and account teams to align recruitment strategies with client expectations Required Skills and Experience Minimum 7 years of experience in recruitment and staffing focusing on IT Engineering Finance and Life Sciences sectors Hands-on experience with VMS systems SAP Fieldglass Beeline Wand Vector VMS and Dot Staffing Demonstrated success in contract and contract-to-hire CTH staffing for U S clients Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter job portals and social media recruiting Strong understanding of U S recruitment practices including W2 C2C and 1099 hiring models Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Proven leadership ability to mentor and guide junior recruiters High attention to detail time management and multitasking skills Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel Goal Seek and collaboration tools Core Competencies Recruitment Staffing Strategy Client Consultant Relationship Management Headhunting Talent Mapping Leadership Team Mentorship Communication and Conflict Resolution Process Optimization and Quality Control Education Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field preferred Why Join Technotopia Solutions Work with a Certified MBE committed to diversity and excellence Exposure to multiple industries and Fortune-level clients Opportunity to lead recruitment initiatives and mentor teams Competitive compensation and growth-focused environment Technotopia Solutions LLC - Connecting Talent Technology and Opportunity RecruiterJobs SeniorRecruiter Staffing TalentAcquisition TechnotopiaSolutions ITRecruitment PharmaRecruitment USStaffing Consulting
