Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role of Graphic Designer located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling graphics, designing logos, developing branding materials, and mastering typography. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication. Day-to-day tasks include conceptualizing visuals, working with design software, and refining designs based on feedback.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality ad creatives, social media content, and marketing assets for D2C and e-commerce brands.
- Collaborate with media buying and strategy teams to develop creatives that drive performance and conversions.
- Work on static creatives, GIFs, short-form video concepts, and other digital formats.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Bring fresh creative ideas, stay updated with design/advertising trends, and apply them in projects.
- Maintain consistency in visual storytelling across multiple client brands.

Requirements

- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (After Effects/Premiere Pro knowledge is a plus).
- Creativity with a performance-driven mindset (ability to design for clicks, conversions, and engagement).
- Good understanding of social media trends, ad formats, and digital marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing ad creatives, social media work, or branding projects.
