We are a leading educational institution dedicated to providing high-quality language instruction. We are seeking passionate and qualified German Language Instructors to join our team in Kochi, Kerala, India to deliver exceptional language training from A1 to B2 levels.

German Language Instructor

Location: Kochi, Kerala, India

Employment Type: Full-Time

Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities:

- Deliver engaging and effective German language instruction for A1 to B2 levels.
- Develop lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, tests, and feedback.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment to encourage student participation.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Participate in professional development activities and faculty meetings as required.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Certification: C1 German language certificate (or higher) from a recognized institution (e.g., Goethe-Institut).
- Preferred Qualification: Certificate in German Language Didactics or equivalent teaching methodology certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of proven teaching experience in German language instruction (A1 to B2 levels).

Skills

- Strong command of German (C1 or higher) and proficiency in English for communication.
- Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs.
- Availability: Must be willing to relocate to Punjab, India, and start immediately.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in developing CEFR-aligned curricula.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online learning platforms.
- Prior experience working in India delivering intensive classes for A1 to B2 levels students ensuring passing rate for B2 examination.
