Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
InsuranceDekho is seeking energetic and persuasive Telesales Executives to join our dynamic health insurance sales team. Whether you are a fresher or an experienced professional, this is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career in the insurance sector. As a key member of our B2C team, you will engage with potential customers, explain insurance plans, and drive sales through outbound and inbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information on health insurance products.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Build rapport, handle objections, and close sales efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated with insurance product knowledge and compliance regulations.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 1
2th Pass.Exper
- ience: Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. Health insurance or telesales experience is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems.
- IRDAI certification (preferred but not mandatory).
