Job Description (JD) for Marketing Intern:

Position: Marketing Intern

Location: Gurgaon

Department: Marketing

About the Role:

Were looking for aMarketing Internwith a background inMass Communication or Journalismto join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate should be technically sound, possess strong emotional intelligence (EQ), social intelligence (SQ), and cognitive ability (IQ).

This position will primarily focus on publishing and managing content across our service websites using our in-house CMS.

Responsibilities:

- Publishing and editing content on the service websites using the CMS
- Ensuring content is aligned with brand guidelines and SEO best practices
- Coordinating with different departments to gather and manage content
- Contributing to content creation, including blog posts, articles, and web copy
- Analyzing content performance and making data-driven improvements
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create content strategies

Qualifications:

- Pursuing or completed a degree inMass Communication, Journalism, or related fields
- Strong understanding of CMS platforms (previous experience preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High emotional intelligence, social awareness, and problem-solving skills
- A keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
