Job description Job Title Retail Store Manager Location Katwa Hooghly -West Bengal Job Type Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic results-driven Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction leading a motivated team and achieving sales and profitability goals Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of store operations including sales customer service inventory visual merchandising and staff management Achieve and exceed store sales targets and KPIs Lead coach and develop a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service Monitor and manage stock levels ordering receiving and inventory control to minimize shrinkage Maintain store cleanliness safety and presentation according to brand standards Handle customer issues and complaints effectively and professionally Implement promotional strategies and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns Prepare sales reports analyze trends and provide feedback to management Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and health safety regulations Recruit onboard and train new employees as needed Requirements Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar leadership role in retail Strong leadership interpersonal and communication skills Excellent customer service and sales abilities Experience in managing inventory and visual merchandising Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Proficient in MS Office and POS systems Minimum 2 - 4 years of retail management experience Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Job Types Full-time Permanent Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
