Job Description Google Ads Specialist Immediate Joiner Experience: 45 Years Location: Onsite Chennai Apply: [Confidential Information] We're hiring a Google Ads Specialist who can step in immediately and take charge of high-budget Australian client campaigns. This isn't a learn-as-you-go seat we need someone who already knows the mechanics of performance marketing and can handle accounts without supervision from day one. You'll be managing campaigns where every click is evidence, every keyword is either an asset or a liability, and every optimisation must stand up to scrutiny. The role demands precision, quick decision-making, and the instinct to catch issues before they turn into losses. What you'll handle: Building, optimising, and scaling Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns. Keyword research, match-type refinement, and strict negative keyword policing. Advanced bidding strategy execution (tCPA, tROAS, Max Conversions). Ongoing audits, performance tuning, and funnel optimisation. Budget management with zero tolerance for waste. Reporting that focuses on real business outcomes, not fluff. Coordinating with creative, SEO, and analytics teams to keep every stage of the funnel aligned. What you must already bring: 45 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, preferably in agency environments. Exposure to international markets Australian market is a plus. Proven ability to handle 10L1Cr monthly budgets. GA4, GTM, keyword tools, and performance diagnostics mastery. Strong communication and the discipline to self-review before work reaches clients. Availability to join immediately no notice, no transition requirements.
