IBM Integration & MQ Support Engineer (AWS) Location: Bangalore Experience: 7 – 10 Years Key Responsibilities: - Provide L2/L3 support for IBM IIB and IBM ACE services hosted on AWS. - Support and maintain IBM MQ infrastructure, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and performance tuning. - Lead or assist in IBM MQ migration to AWS EKS using Stateful Sets for high availability. - Handle incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes. - Deploy and configure services across development, test, and production environments. - Collaborate with DevOps, cloud, and application teams to streamline deployment pipelines. - Maintain detailed documentation for operational procedures, configurations, and migration steps.
