Job Responsibilities: Planning CRM strategies designed to retain existing Candidates. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with the key candidates. Understanding key customer individual needs and assisting the existing candidates for smooth completion of the program. Answering candidate queries and dealing with complaints. Solving student queries in order to get the course completed in stipulated time Generating Business from the existing customers.
