You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies including Cisco, FortiGate, Checkpoint, and F5 Load Balancers, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across complex infrastructures.

Your Role
As a Network Specialist, you will:
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure using Cisco, FortiGate, Checkpoint, and F5 technologies.
- Provide senior-level support for network services including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and ISE.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Tier 3 issues escalated from support teams.
- Lead capacity planning and performance optimization initiatives.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including network diagrams and policies.
- Participate in special projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Provide on-call support during escalations and emergencies, including weekends and holidays when required.

Your Profile
- 8–10 years of experience in business network and communication platforms.
- Cisco certification is mandatory (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE or equivalent).
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and enterprise devices.
- Familiarity with MPLS, VRF, VPN, and security technologies.
- Experience with FortiGate, Juniper firewalls, F5 Load Balancers, and Cisco Nexus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in customer-facing or service-provider environments is a plus.
