Job Profile - Lead GeneratorLocation 7th Floor of Iconic Corenthum building in Noida - 62 near the Electronic City metro station Working days Monday to SaturdayTiming - 01 00 PM - 10 00 PMExperience 0- 1 yrOverview We are looking for a proactive and energetic Lead Generator to join our team at Abhiwan Technology Pvt Ltd The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients building strong connections and generating high-quality leads to support our sales and business development team If you have great communication skills a go-getter attitude and enjoy turning conversations into opportunities this role is for you Key Responsibilities - Research identify and generate new business leads through online platforms databases and networking - Reach out to potential clients via calls emails and social media - Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system - Work closely with the business development and sales teams to qualify leads - Assist in creating strategies to attract and engage prospects - Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to keep them engaged - Meet and exceed weekly monthly lead generation targets Requirements - Bachelors degree preferred but not mandatory - 02 years of experience in lead generation telesales or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong research and networking skills - Self-motivated target-driven and ability to work independently - Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn CRM software or lead generation platforms is a plus What We Offer - Opportunity to work in a fast-growing tech company - Exposure to sales and business development strategies - A collaborative and learning-friendly environment - Career growth opportunities in sales marketing ref updazz com
