Company Description At Turner Townsend we re passionate about making the difference That means delivering better outcomes for our clients helping our people to realize their potential and doing our part to create a prosperous society Every day we help our major global clients deliver ambitious and highly technical projects in over 110 offices worldwide LI-HT1 The Business Development Analyst will be responsible for reporting and management information which supports informed decision making and business development pipeline accuracy This role will focus at Asia and AsiaPac levels and require a proactive individual who will work directly with BD leadership to provide meaningful management information and reporting support They will have a growth-mindset and experienced in Excel SalesForce Sharepoint based platforms and experience using Dynamics 365 is highly advantageous Key responsibilities include Application of the business development understanding to management information and reporting to deliver insights and reporting Provision of weekly monthly and quarterly standardised reporting which collates data into meaningful information for Board-level executives leadership and business development professionals Produce insightful and accurate commentary and analysis to accompany data and analysis Collate multiple datasets in Dynamics 365 PowerBI and Sharepoint based systems to create a single accurate view to aid business development activities Engage diverse stakeholders to build understanding on the impact of data and how it is used to make business decisions Provide inductions training and guidance to stakeholders which improves reporting accuracy and understanding Maintain data quality and consistency through establishing processes procedures and guidance which support improved ways of working Accurate data entry support to maintain systems and support priority requirements Development of PowerBI and Sharepoint dashboards lists and repositories to aid reporting Work with colleagues in Finance and Business Development teams locally and globally LI-HT1 Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Business Development or a related field Experience in business development or sales Proficiency in Dynamics 365 SalesForce Excel and Microsoft Office - mandatory LI-HT1 Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission We provide a great place to work where each person has the opportunity and voice to affect change We want our people to succeed both in work and life To support this we promote a healthy productive and flexible working environment that respects work-life balance Turner Townsend is an equal opportunity employer We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and actively encourage applications from all sectors of the community Please find out more about us at LI-HT1 Join our social media conversations for more information about Turner Townsend and our exciting future projects
