Role Description

This is a full-time AI Engineer role located in Coimbatore. You will work with cutting-edge tools like Hugging Face, Google Colab, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, exploring LLM optimizations, fine-tuning techniques, and real-time AI applications. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to work on state-of-the-art AI models, contribute to research-driven AI advancements, and integrate these models into immersive experiences. Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Google Colab for model training and experimentation.
- Strong understanding of fine-tuning LLMs, prompt engineering, and training small-scale custom models.
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts such as diffusion models, transformers, RLHF, and multi-modal AI.
- Awareness of emerging trends in Agentic AI and Autonomous AI agents.
- Experience working with ML Ops tools, vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone), or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think creatively in optimizing AI models for performance and scalability.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Work with Hugging Face, Google Colab, and other ML frameworks to fine-tune existing language models for custom AI applications.
- Develop and experiment with SLMs (Small Language Models) and custom ML architectures tailored for custom use cases.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM optimizations, applying state-of-the-art research to improve model performance.
- Implement efficient model training and inference pipelines, optimizing models for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to integrate AI models.
- Explore and test different LLM fine-tuning strategies, including LoRA, PEFT, RLHF, and other methods for enhancing model adaptability.
- Deploy and test models using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and edge-friendly inference frameworks.
- Document findings, experiments, and performance benchmarks to improve future iterations.
