Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical leadership to ensure high-quality, bug-free software releases that adhere to industry best practices. - Collaborate with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications. - Review application requirements and interface designs to identify user interactions. - Develop and implement highly responsive frontend components using ReactJS. - Troubleshoot and debug interface and application issues. - Design and implement frontend and backend architectures to support user interface requirements. - Optimize and improve frontend and backend performance. - Maintain and document application changes, ensuring seamless updates and feature enhancements. Preferred Qualifications & Attributes: - Proven experience working in agile development environments with a strong focus on delivering value regularly. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
