Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Municipal Architect with strong experience in municipal approvals, building regulations, and township development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, preparing, and coordinating drawings and documentation as per municipal guidelines, ensuring smooth liaison with government authorities, and supporting the project team in the timely execution of approvals for Della Townships.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and modify architectural drawings in compliance with municipal and statutory regulations.
- Liaise with municipal authorities, consultants, and government departments for plan submissions, approvals, and NOCs.
- Coordinate with internal design, planning, and engineering teams for alignment with municipal requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and development control regulations.
- Prepare and submit all necessary documentation for building permits, fire NOC, environmental clearances, and other statutory approvals.
- Conduct site visits to multiple locations to verify construction adherence to approved plans.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in municipal rules, regulations, and development control norms.
- Assist in preparing master plans, GFC drawings, and detailed working drawings as per project needs.
- Collaborate with urban planners and consultants to ensure smooth progression of township projects.

Requirements

Job Expectations:

- Proven experience in handling inter-municipal approvals and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of DCR (Development Control Regulations), bye-laws, and other municipal norms.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for dealing with authorities and multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and architectural design software.
- Willingness to travel frequently between Mumbai and Lonavala project sites.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution; Council of Architecture registration mandatory.

Minimum Job Experience

38 years of experience in municipal architecture, preferably in large-scale residential or township projects
