About Us

At Versionwhale, we’re a founder-led startup with two growing verticals:

- bndleu.com – a smart subscription marketplace where users save big on digital memberships
- Nemo India – Exclusive importer and seller of premium South Korean consumer products via Amazon & other digital platforms

We’re hands-on, execution-first, and based in Indiranagar. Now, we’re looking for someone curious, sharp, and dependable to join us at the core and grow with the business.

Role Overview

You’ll be the Founders’ Associate, a doer, organizer, coordinator, and the person who makes things happen behind the scenes. You’ll work directly with the co-founders and support in operations, admin, scheduling, internal coordination, and general problem-solving.

This is a high-trust, high-learning role, perfect for someone who wants to see how real businesses are built from the inside.

Key Responsibilities

This is not a backseat role. If you’re looking to “just assist”, this isn’t it.

You’ll be at the center of everything, holding the business together while it grows; one WhatsApp, spreadsheet, and follow-up at a time.

Here’s what you’ll be handling (and yes, we mean all of it):

- Run the founders’ calendars like an air traffic controller: no overlaps, no drops
- Create and clean up documents, reports, decks, checklists, summaries; anything that needs to look and be sharp
- Chase action items across multiple threads and tools (Google Sheets, Slack, email, WhatsApp, in-person scribbles, you name it)
- Keep our records neat; track expenses, sort receipts, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks
- Handle incoming questions, complaints, and curveballs, and get them sorted without making a mess
- Book things, cancel things, call people, follow up, order supplies, track deliveries, and occasionally solve random founder problems (controlled chaos)
- Keep sensitive information private, and everything else ultra-organized

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to have all the answers, just the mindset to find them.

- Bachelor's degree (BBA / B.Com preferred, but open to all disciplines)
- Freshers welcome, zero experience? Zero problem
- Quick learner with high follow-through
- Enjoy organizing, planning, and checking things off
- Comfortable with Gmail, Google Sheets, Docs, and learning new tools
- Basic accounting knowledge is a plus (we won’t quiz you on the hard stuff)
- Based in Bangalore (or ready to commute to Indiranagar, 6 days a week)
