Job Summary: We are looking for a confident, polite, and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, handling incoming inquiries, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. This role involves promoting products or services, arranging appointments, and supporting follow-ups with leads. Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Minimum Requirement: Good Communication SkillsGood Problem-solving skills over the callHigh energy levelBasic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, email, WhatsApp).Polite, professional, and confident while speaking on calls.Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
