Job description Job Title QC Manager Department Quality Control Location Kalyan Bypass Bhiwandi Reporting To Plant Head Candidate s Can Share Resume on WhatsApp - 8657005459 Job Summary The QC Manager - Interior Design is responsible for overseeing and ensuring that all interior design works meet the required quality standards The role involves inspecting materials finishes and on-site installations to ensure compliance with design intent specifications and industry standards Key Responsibilities Develop and implement quality control processes and checklists for all interior projects Inspect materials furniture joinery finishes and installation works at various project stages Coordinate with design production and project teams to ensure quality adherence throughout the project lifecycle Identify and document quality issues defects and deviations from design standards Conduct regular site visits to monitor workmanship and material quality Approve samples and mock-ups before final implementation Prepare and maintain QC reports inspection checklists and corrective action logs Work closely with vendors and subcontractors to ensure material and work quality compliance Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental standards during execution Train site supervisors and installation teams on quality standards and inspection techniques Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of interior design materials finishes joinery and site execution Excellent understanding of technical drawings and specifications Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Effective communication and documentation skills Leadership and team coordination ability Familiarity with quality management systems ISO preferred Qualifications Experience Diploma Bachelor s Degree in Interior Design Civil Engineering or related field 5-10 years of experience in quality control within interior design fit-out or construction projects Experience in high-end commercial retail or residential interiors preferred Employment Type Full-Time Salary 45K - 55K Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location Kalyan Bypass Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 45 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Work Location In person
