Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive with 0-4 years of experience to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for achieving targets.

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads and close deals.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and product recommendations.
- Maintain a record of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them until they are ready to make a purchase.

Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages) both verbal and written.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
