Conduct initial interviews, assessing candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless process. Job Posting & Advertising Create and post job descriptions on appropriate job boards, social media, and company website. Ensure job descriptions are accurate, clear, and appealing to attract top talent. Candidate Experience Provide timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Ensure a positive experience for all candidates, whether hired or not. Collaboration Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and job requirements.
