Job Description About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of products from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in defining product vision, managing roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through customer-centric innovation. You will serve as the bridge between business, technology, and design teamstranslating customer needs into product features and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives. - Lead end-to-end product lifecycle managementfrom ideation, requirements gathering, and prioritization to delivery and go-to-market. - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify opportunities and validate assumptions. - Work closely with engineering, design, QA, and marketing teams to ensure product goals are met on time and within scope. - Define clear product requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog based on business value. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business goals and product outcomes. - Develop KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement. - Drive data-informed decision-making through analytics and customer insights. - Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product launch plans. - Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert in product planning, design thinking, and Agile execution. Requirements Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 78 years of experience in Product Management or a related role in technology, analytics, or digital transformation domains. - Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products (digital, SaaS, or enterprise-grade solutions). - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with cross-functional Agile teams. - Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Aha, Productboard, or similar. - Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, and leadership. - Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and customer behavior analysis. - Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer needs and organizational goals.
