Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Drum Teacher located in Noida. The Drum Teacher will be responsible for teaching drum techniques and music theory to students of various skill levels. Day-to-day tasks include preparing lesson plans, conducting individual and group classes, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. Additionally, the Drum Teacher will also be involved in organizing performances and recitals as part of the institution's curriculum. Qualifications - Proficient in Music Theory and Drum Set - Strong Music Performance skills - Experience in Music Education - Passionate about Music and teaching - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to engage and inspire students of all ages - Bachelor's degree in Music or related field is a plus - Prior teaching experience is preferred - Grades done through RSL or Trinity
