Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Pre-Primary / Primary / PRT Teacher Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for training pre-primary/ primary groups of schools, helping shape the future of young learners by ensuring educators are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge. Additionally, you will be responsible for reviewing and enhancing curriculum content, ensuring the learning materials are both effective and engaging for young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training of Pre-Primary Groups:

Conduct training sessions for pre-primary school teachers to enhance teaching skills, methods, and classroom management.

Foster an engaging learning environment, emphasizing creative, effective, and developmentally appropriate teaching techniques.

2. Reviewing Curriculum and Book Content:

Review and analyze curriculum and educational materials (books, worksheets, etc.) to ensure content aligns with current teaching standards and best practices for early childhood education.

Recommend improvements and adjustments to make materials more engaging and suitable for young learners.

Requirements:

Qualification:

NTT/ B.Ed/ M.Ed/ certification or relevant degree in Early Childhood Education or a similar field.

Experience:

Proven experience as a pre-primary/ PRT/ TGT school teacher.

At least 3-5 years of teaching experience in reputed schools.

Experience in training or mentoring fellow teachers is a plus.

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Strong understanding of child development and pre-primary education methods.

Open to travel to various schools as part of the job.

Passionate about early childhood education and teacher development.

Able to adapt and innovate with new teaching techniques and materials.
