The opportunity: You'll be creating content that educates fast growing startups and mid-market companies about the complex world of cross border hiring, EOR services, and APAC employment regulations. This isn't about churning out generic blog posts, you'll be translating intricate compliance topics, labor laws, and HR challenges into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with HR leaders, founders, and finance teams looking to expand into Asia Pacific. You'll work directly with our marketing and sales teams to understand our ideal customer profile, their pain points around international expansion, and craft content that positions Cleobase as the trusted partner for seamless APAC hiring. From in depth guidebooks on Indian payroll compliance to LinkedIn posts about remote work trends in the Philippines, you'll own the entire content journey. What you'll do: - Research and write high quality articles, guidebooks, blog posts, case studies, email campaigns, and social media content focused on EOR, global hiring, HR compliance, and APAC employment trends - Transform complex compliance, payroll, and labor law topics into accessible, engaging content that educates and converts prospects - Conduct deep dive research on Asia Pacific labor regulations, hiring trends, tax requirements, and remote work policies across India, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create content that addresses ICP pain points and supports the buyer journey - Adapt your writing style to match Cleobase's brand voice across different formats: long form articles, snappy social posts, persuasive emails, and technical guidebooks - Interview internal subject matter experts and synthesize their knowledge into valuable content pieces - Take complete ownership of content projects from ideation to publication with minimal supervision - Stay ahead of industry news, competitor content, and emerging trends in global employment and HR tech What makes you a great fit: - Exceptional English language skills: Impeccable grammar, rich vocabulary, and ability to write in different styles and tones - Research prowess: You can dive into unfamiliar topics (labor laws, tax compliance, HR regulations) and emerge with clear, accurate, compelling narratives - Portfolio required: Must share examples of previous writing work demonstrating variety (blogs, articles, social media, long form content, etc.) - Final year student: Available full-time for 6 months with no academic conflicts - Self-starter mentality: You take ownership, set your own deadlines, and don't need hand holding to produce great work - Adaptability: Can switch between writing a technical compliance guide in the morning and a conversational LinkedIn post in the afternoon - Collaboration skills: Work closely with cross functional teams to gather inputs and ensure content aligns with business goals - Curiosity about B2B SaaS and HR tech: Willingness to quickly learn about global employment, EOR industry, and our target audience Work schedule: - In-office: Bangalore office, 5 days a week - Hours: 10 AM 7 PM IST - Must provide: Portfolio of previous writing work with your application
