About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst / Engagement Manager to join our team in the Pharma division. This role is pivotal in supporting pharmaceutical companies throughout their commercialization lifecycle, from startup phases to post-market activities. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring the seamless design, integration, and deployment of CRM, Master Data Management (MDM), Data Warehouse, and Reporting solutions. The role involves collaborating closely with commercial operations, sales teams, and headquarters personnel to facilitate data-driven decision-making, optimize business processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry's unique requirements and demonstrate exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of five years of experience as a Business Analyst, Engagement Manager, or similar role within the pharmaceutical or life sciences domain is essential. Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of CRM, MDM, Data Warehousing, and Reporting platforms specific to the pharmaceutical industry. Hands-on experience with SQL for data analysis, transformation, and validation is mandatory. Familiarity with industry-specific processes such as Alignment Management, Territory Management, and Customer Master data management is highly desirable. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications and solutions. Strong client-facing communication, presentation skills, and experience leading cross-functional teams are critical for success in this role. Responsibilities The Business Analyst / Engagement Manager will be responsible for a diverse set of tasks aimed at ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: - Gathering, analyzing, and documenting detailed business requirements from clients, translating them into comprehensive functional and technical specifications. - Designing use cases, data flows, and architecture diagrams to support informed business decision-making processes. - Collaborating with commercial operations stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. - Supporting the design and configuration of Customer MDM, CRM, Data Warehouse, and Reporting platforms aligned with client goals. - Assisting clients in establishing and refining processes related to Alignment Management, including assigning healthcare professionals and organizations to specific geographies. - Facilitating the integration of various platforms to provide a unified view of customer and sales data, ensuring data consistency and accuracy. - Developing and executing SQL scripts to analyze, transform, and validate data, supporting system development, testing, and deployment activities. - Working closely with technical teams to ensure accurate data mapping and seamless system integrations across platforms. - Providing insights and reports to support sales analysis, strategic planning, and operational adjustments. - Managing client engagements, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
