We have an urgent requirement of Instrument Design Engineer Oil and Gas for Mumbai location Qualification - BE InstrumentExperience - 10 yrs or above Oil and Gas Chemical Petrochemical Industry Design Duration -1 Candidates can be directly hired on MNC Permanent payroll orMinimum One Year on TPC Payrolls Extendable if project work required or can be converted to Permanent Pay Roll Based on Interview performanceDesign Engineer - EPC Consultancy Experience preferred Preparation of design deliverables with due consideration for applicable Codes Standards International Code Shell DEP experience in process design of Chemical Oil Gas projects in an EPC environment Who can Take ownership of deliverables Primary Skills -Preparation of all kinds of Instrument engineering deliverables Data Sheet Specifications MR PR TBE Vendor document review Including below -1 Experience of Instrument index sheet 2 Experience of Instrument I O list 3 Experience of instrument process data sheet IPDS from process inputs 4 Experience in Preparation of Instrument datasheet for temperature pressure flow and level instruments 5 Experience in Preparation of Technical bid analysis TBA and Technical recommendation TR of Instruments Junction Box Cables 6 Experience in Preparing documents like Instrument location JB Air header location on equipment layout 7 Experience in Preparation of JB schedule Cable schedule and cable tray layout 8 Tender document 9 Generating interconnection diagrams loop diagrams 10 Wiring in INtools using Circuit Diagrams and I O list 11 Reviewing various vendor drawings like GA CBD ILD Wiring Diagrams P ID diagrams 12 Specifications Design of Instruments calculations in INtools 13 Generating instrument loop diagrams in INtools 14 Preparation of Hook-ups Diagram termination details of field Instruments with INtools Excel 15 Selection Sizing of various Instruments control valves orifice plate Instru calc 16 Preparation of Material Take-off list MTO 17 Vendor drawing review VDR Coordination with other disciplines 17 Interaction Project Proposal Procurement Construction team Note -1 Only Design consultancy experience preferred Not for construction and Commissioning 2 If your experience matches then please submit your updated resume 3 In mail Subject please mention Instrument Design EngineerSubmit CV at petroengineeringconsultant gmail com
