🚀 We’re Hiring: NetSuite Functional Consultant | Remote, India (7+ Years) Full-Time 💼 Experience: 7+ Years 📍 Location: Remote 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are hiring multiple NetSuite Functional Consultants with specialized expertise in one or more of the following domains: - SuiteProjects Pro (Or NetSuite OpenAir) - CRM (Customer Relationship Management) - Finance- FP&A, P2P, O2C Functional Consultant Each consultant will play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting NetSuite solutions for our clients. The ideal candidates will combine strong business acumen with deep NetSuite functional knowledge to deliver scalable, high-performance systems that drive business efficiency and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities Below are the 3 functional positions: 1️⃣ SuiteProjects Pro Consultant: - Lead end-to-end implementations and optimization of SuiteProjects for project accounting, billing automation, and resource management. - Configure project templates, approval workflows, and billing rules to align with client requirements. - Support project profitability tracking, timesheet automation, and resource planning. - Collaborate with finance and delivery teams to ensure accurate project costing and invoicing. 2️⃣ CRM Consultant (Customer Relationship Management): - Implement and optimize CRM functionalities — lead management, opportunity tracking, and customer lifecycle workflows. - Customize CRM dashboards, reports, and automation to improve sales pipeline visibility and customer engagement. - Ensure seamless integration of CRM with Finance and Project Management modules. - Provide ongoing support to sales teams for process improvements and best practices. 3️⃣ Finance- FP&A, O2C, P2P Functional Consultant: Finance FP&A: - Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting using NetSuite FP&A tools. - Configure and manage core financial modules (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Revenue Recognition). NetSuite Order-to-Cash (O2C) Functional Consultant: - Manage the complete sales cycle from order creation to payment collection, including invoicing, revenue recognition, etc... NetSuite Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Functional Consultant: - Oversee vendor sourcing to payment processing with streamlined purchase orders, billing, approvals, and audit tracking etc. Process Optimization & Consulting Support - Conduct business requirement workshops, gap analysis, and process documentation. - Translate client needs into detailed functional specifications and work with technical teams for implementation. - Deliver user training, documentation, and post-go-live support. - Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend NetSuite automation and workflow enhancements. Required Skills & Qualifications ✅ Must-Have - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Information Systems. - CA, CPA, CMA, or similar professional qualification will be a strong advantage. - Minimum 7 years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant. - Deep understanding of at least one of the following NetSuite modules: - SuiteProjects Pro / Netsuite OpenAir - CRM / Sales Automation - Finance - P2P and O2C - Proven ability to gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and configure NetSuite accordingly. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 💡 Nice-to-Have - Exposure to multiple NetSuite modules (SuiteProjects, CRM, Finance). - Hands-on experience with SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, or Advanced Reporting. - Familiarity with integration tools such as SuiteTalk, RESTlets, Celigo, or Boomi. - NetSuite Certifications – ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, Financial User. - Prior experience working with global teams or multi-entity environments. - Understanding of data migration and system optimization best practices. 📌 Important Notes - Valid PF account required for full-time onboarding - Candidates with dual employment/freelancing will not be considered 📬 How to Apply Send your resume to career@strive4x.net with the subject line: 👉 NetSuite Functional Consultant Please include the following details in your email: - Full Name - Mobile Number - Total Experience (Years) - Relevant NetSuite Experience (Years) - Current Location - Current Company - Current CTC (LPA) - Expected CTC (LPA) - Notice Period (Days) & Last Working Day - Do you have a PF account?
