Job Description Job Title: Accounts & Office Executive Location: Dhanbad Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Office Executive to handle basic accounting tasks, recordkeeping, and day-to-day office coordination. The role involves maintaining financial records in Excel and traveling within the city for office-related work. Key Responsibilities: - Handle basic accounting activities such as entries, expense tracking, and data updates - Maintain records, bookkeeping, and documentation accurately - Update and manage data using MS Excel - Organize and maintain physical and digital records - Coordinate with vendors, clients, or internal teams as required - Travel within Dhanbad city for official work, document collection, or follow-ups - Ensure timely and accurate reporting of records Required Skills & Qualifications: - Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping - Working knowledge of MS Excel - Good organizational and recordkeeping skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently - Basic communication skills Mandatory Requirements: - Must have own bike - Must hold a valid two-wheeler driving license - Willingness to travel within the city for work - Local candidate from Dhanbad preferred
