CBO Process Implementation Monitoring Team INTERNAL USAGE No of Vacancies Reports to Head - Head Process Control Operations Solutions Group Is a Team leader N Team Size Grade AM-Senior Manager Business Corporate Center Department Wholesale Banking Operations Sub-Department WBO - CBO Location CO- Mumbai About Wholesale Banking Operations Wholesale Banking Operations manages the entire life cycle of the Wholesale Banking customers it also caters to the various other requirement of non-retail borrowed accounts under Wholesale banking The department is responsible for smooth functioning of all the Commercial Banking Operations units and ensure utmost customer internal external satisfaction They are also responsible for ensuring timely delivery monitoring the health of the credit portfolio prompt reporting of irregularities adversities noticed and co-ordination in recovery legal proceedings About the Role Process Implementation and Monitoring Team are responsible for timely updation of quarterly submission reports and ensure implementation of projects undertaken by CBO CO They ensure timely submission of compliance by CBO Operating Units for credit and concurrent audits reports Key Responsibilities Ensure overall implementation of process designed and regular monitoring of processes Supplement implementation of various processes designed by Process Design and Enhancement Team Responsible for reconciliation and rationalisation of GL heads Monitor CBO Operating Units to ensure process adherence Analyse data and ensure rectification of erroneous data populated in system Ensure timely preparation of notes on various monitoring parameters for placement before Top Management Ensure compliance of various internal external guidelines and submission of consolidated Monthly Compliance Statements MCS Supplement Automation of various processes and reports Monitor activities related to GML enduse etc Review the activities carried out by Outsourced Agency at periodic intervals Monitor the conduct of Legal Audit providing necessary assistance for rectification of deficiencies noted if any Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is Graduate Post Graduate form a recognized institute 2-5 years of relevant experience Role Proficiencies For successful execution of the job the candidate should possess the following Knowledge of banking products and services Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms Good communication both verbal and written skill in both English and the local language Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Ability to train coach and mentor others Skills Refer to the About Company Axis Bank is the third largest private sector bank in India The Bank offers the entire spectrum of financial services to customer segments covering Large and Mid-Corporates MSME Agriculture and Retail Businesses The Bank has a large footprint of 4 594 domestic branches including extension counters with 11 333 ATMs 5 710 cash recyclers spread across the country as on 31st March 2021 The Bank has 6 Virtual Centres and has over 1500 Virtual Relationship Managers as on 31st March 2021 The Overseas operations of the Bank are spread over eight international offices with branches at Singapore Dubai at DIFC and Gift City-IBU representative offices at Dhaka Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah and an Overseas subsidiary at London UK The international offices focus on Corporate Lending Trade Finance Syndication Investment Banking and Liability Businesses
