Key Responsibilities:

- Sell paid consultation appointments to parents and students.
- Drive consultation show-ups by conducting expectation-setting calls in advance.
- Close deals confidently by understanding pain points and aligning solutions.
- Follow the sales process and scripts to the dot.
- Keep detailed documentation for every converted sale, including Zoom recordings, sales call summaries, and conversion insights on the converted call sheet.
- Build strong rapport and trust with potential customers.

Skills and Attributes:

- 0-2 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales or related roles, (fresher with internships in sales are also welcome).
- Proven track record of closing sales over call
- Strong in objection handling, rapport building, and structured selling
- Excellent command over communication, listening, and persuasive storytelling
- Skilled in Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tracking
- Ambitious, money-minded individual who thrives under targets
