The Role Innovapptive's Solution engineering team is made up of passionate group of individuals whose goal is to generate value through consultative selling of our products to our prospects and customers. Through their strong interpersonal and relationship building traits they become trusted advisors to our prospects and customers unearthing their key needs and propose the right solution fit through our platforms and solutions. The role brings exciting opportunities to the individual by providing a platform to be the face of Innovapptive to our clients. The selected candidate will get an opportunity to work as an equal partner along with our expert sales account executives and play an active role in revenue generation for Innovapptive. What You Bring to the Team: - Bachelor's degree / master's in business administration (MBA/ PGDM - Strong client-facing communication and inter-personal skills, with the ability to explain product functionality, technical design and limitations to various levels of prospect/ customer's organization right from CXO level to Business SMEs, Program Managers and IT Teams - Strong sales orientation with a consulting mindset - Minimum of 7 years of strong Pre-sales or Solution Engineering experience in Enterprise Asset Management or Supply Chain - At-least 3+ years of relevant experience in CMMS Platforms like SAP PM, IBM Maximo etc. as a solution engineer/ functional expert - Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Ability to travel 25% Impact You'll Make - Assist the sales personnel in the qualification of Enterprise customer needs and performing pre-demo needs analysis - Demonstrations of the product, both standard and tailored to prospects and existing customers, both onsite and via web conference - Capture prospect/customer requirements and work with sales to write solution proposals detailing how Innovapptive's solutions will address business needs - Create necessary documentation, presentations, and product demonstrations to teach clients about Innovapptive's product functionality and its value proposition - Participation in one or more strategic account pursuits either in support or as a lead - Provide mentoring and training to peers and other colleagues in the organization - Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Pilot engagements with prospects - Responding to Request for Information/Proposal documents - Supporting Marketing events user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc - Staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators between the company and its competitors - In conjunction with Sales Personnel and Professional Services, conduct transition briefing - communicate commitments, expectations etc. in preparation for deployment - Act as the Innovapptive's subject matter expert at Executive briefings/marketing events - Understand sales process as it relates to Innovapptive's overall strategies and objectives What We Offer: - A positive, open, and highly-innovative environment and team - Entrepreneurial spirit with unlimited opportunity to grow - Opportunity to work with leading global brands on exciting and impactful projects - Competitive Base Pay - Best of plan on Vacation & Paid Time Off - Provision of Medical Insurance for family - self, dependent, spouse, dependent children, parents/parent-in-laws - Paid Maternity and Paternity leave - Bi-annual reviews to ensure transparency and promoting high performance culture - OKR Driven Performance Development Environment - Learning & Development - access to wide range of e-Learning courses (technical, Product, Process, etc.,) - A host of Interest Groups/Clubs for Book Reading, Toastmasters, Sports - Cricket, Volleyball, Throw-ball, Badminton, TT, Music Innovapptive does not accept and will not review unsolicited resumes from search firms.
