Flow is a company focused on building the next frontier in workflow automation. We are building a super agent that lets you go from talk to action in minutes. The product is backed by a mult-agent system that uses reinforcement learning to achieve 99% task accuracy.

Position: AI Engineer (Full-time, Remote)

You will join the core AI product engineering pod and own three pillars:

1. Multi-agent engine: architect inter-agent communication, memory and tool-calling logic completely in-house.
2. Automated evals: design custom benchmarks and a continuous-integration pipeline that catches regressions the moment they ship.
3. Agentic product UX: prototype interfaces that make it obvious which agent did what and why—an emerging best practice in agent-centric products

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science principles
- Experience in Software Development
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiar with large-language-model serving basics: prompt→model→completion pipeline, latency vs. cost trade-offs, and the idea of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). Reading blog posts or replicating open-source demos counts.
- Writes clean, documented Python
- Able to write unit tests and simple benchmark scripts
- Demonstrated via hackathons, open-source pull requests, or team coursework; communicates design decisions clearly in docs or PR descriptions.
