Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer with 10+ years of expertise in SQL development and database architecture. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in ETL processes, data modeling, and performance optimization, handling large-scale data transactions (5–10 million records). Proficiency in SSIS, data warehousing, and database tuning is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL processes using SSIS.
- Design and implement enterprise-grade database architectures, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Work with large datasets, managing transactions in the range of millions of records.
- Perform performance tuning, transaction management, deadlock handling, and query optimization.
- Develop and manage data warehouse solutions, ensuring data integrity and high performance.
- Create and optimize relational database models, focusing on Entity Relationship Modeling.
- Utilize SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS-based data warehousing solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate data requirements into optimized schemas.
- Ensure best practices for coding standards, version control (Bitbucket/GIT), and code reviews.
- Work with analytics tools like AWS QuickSight for data reporting and visualization.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in SQL development and database architecture.
- 5+ years of experience handling large-scale data transactions (5-10 million records per transaction).
- Expertise in ETL transformations using SSIS.
- Strong knowledge of performance tuning, triggers, stored procedures, and transaction management.
- Experience in data warehouse design and implementation.
- Proficiency in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and AWS-based data warehousing solutions.
- Experience in multi-client SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience with Bitbucket/GIT for version control.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the Utility domain.
- Certifications in Databases or Data Warehousing (Microsoft or equivalent).
