We are currently inviting applications for the role of Placement Director at leading institution in the UAE committed to academic excellence and industry- driven education. The Director Student Placement Cell will lead strategic initiatives for student career success and employer engagement. Location - Dubai, UAE Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement a comprehensive placement strategy aligned with university goals. - Build and maintain strong partnerships with employers, industry bodies, recruiters, and government agencies across UAE and internationally. - Lead campus recruitment drives, internships, cooperative education programs, and industry collaborations. - Establish effective systems for student career counselling, skill development, and employability enhancement. - Oversee labor market analysis, sector-wise placement trends, and employer feedback reports. - Manage a team of placement officers and co officers and coordinate with academic departments for industry integration. - Represent the university at job fairs, career summits, and professional networking events. - Ensure compliance with HR, regulatory, and accreditation standards relevant to student placements.
