Job Title Electrical Engineer Electrical Maintenance Engineer Company Chaman Lal Setia Exports Ltd Industry Rice Export Food Processing Location Karnal Haryana Experience Required Minimum 8 years must have experience in the Rice Industry Qualification B Tech Electrical OR Diploma B Tech Electrical Salary Open for the right candidate We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Chaman Lal Setia Exports Ltd a leading name in the rice export industry The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving all electrical systems and machinery across the plant to ensure smooth operations Key Responsibilities Oversee installation maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical equipment in the rice processing plant Ensure the proper functioning of motors control panels conveyors and automation systems Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules Minimize downtime by identifying and resolving electrical faults promptly Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and industry regulations Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and equipment performance Coordinate with the production and mechanical teams for efficient plant operations Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical maintenance within the rice or food processing industry In-depth knowledge of PLC systems VFDs control circuits and industrial power systems Strong analytical troubleshooting and team management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment Overview We are seeking a skilled and innovative Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems design and development with expertise in various engineering tools and methodologies This role involves collaborating on projects that require a deep understanding of FPGA PCB design and system integration The Electrical Engineer will play a crucial role in the development of cutting-edge technologies while ensuring compliance with industry standards Duties Design and develop electrical systems including schematics and layouts for PCBs Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues Utilize AutoCAD Revit and MicroStation for creating detailed engineering drawings Implement project scheduling to ensure timely completion of engineering tasks Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system design and integration using tools like MATLAB Simulink and SystemVerilog Engage in signal processing and firmware development for various applications Perform debugging of programmable logic controllers PLCs and other electronic components Conduct testing and validation of designs using vision inspection systems and surface mount technology SMT Apply mechanical knowledge to support the integration of electrical systems with mechanical components Utilize scripting languages such as Python Perl or C for automation tasks Experience Candidates should have a solid foundation in electrical engineering principles along with practical experience in the following areas FPGA design and implementation Project scheduling methodologies PCB layout design and manufacturing processes System-on-Chip SoC architectures Knowledge of NEC standards for electrical installations Familiarity with ARM architecture and embedded systems Experience with soldering techniques for electronic components Proficiency in CAD software for both electrical and mechanical designs SolidWorks preferred Understanding of quantum engineering concepts is a plus Hands-on experience with Arduino platforms for prototyping The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment A passion for innovation in electrical engineering is essential Job Type Full-time Pay 80 000 00 - 100 000 00 per year Work Location In person
