Join our Journey Petrofac is currently looking to recruit a Superintendent to be based in Andra Pradesh What we do Petrofac is a leading international service provider to the energy industry with a diverse client portfolio including many of the world s leading energy companies We design build manage and maintain infrastructure for the energy industries Our comprehensive and tailored service offering covers each stage of the project life cycle and a variety of commercial models giving our clients the flexibility they need Equal Opportunities We recruit reward and develop our people based on merit regardless of race nationality religion gender age sexual orientation marital status or disability We value our people and treat everyone who works for or with Petrofac fairly and without discrimination Petrofac is striving to develop a diverse and inclusive culture where everyone can contribute We encourage everyone to apply especially those individuals who form part of underrepresented groups Applications are also welcome from candidates who want to discuss flexible working or job-sharing requests Scope of Responsibilities Effective management of Maintenance and repair activities at workshop Provide Maintenance and support Services to site based Maintenance team for all Construction Equipment deployed at various Projects Primary Duties Manage day to day workshop activities related to maintenance and repair of Construction equipment Carry out receiving inspection assess condition of all equipment returning from sites Prepare repair estimates discuss with Plant Manager for cost effective refurbishment Plan execute cost effective repairs on approved equipment Ensure optimum utilization of available resources Maintain and prepare Construction equipment to ensure that they are in good safe to Operate condition Carry out Final inspection for equipment being mobilized to Projects Provide effective back up support services spares to Construction Equipment Superintendent at Projects Coordinate with Construction Equipment Superintendent and ensure periodical reports are being sent to workshop Inspect and segregate the defective Project materials for disposal action Execute Container modification jobs such as Dry stores Office room tools storage Valve testing containers as requested by Project team and approved by Plant Manager Ensure HSSE norms are strictly adhered in entire workshop activities Conduct toolbox meetings to educate technicians on all aspects of safety and discipline Carry out any other duties as requested by direct Supervisor Additional Information
