Role Summary

As a AI Engineer, you will work closely with the product and design teams to build scalable, user centric web applications. You’ll contribute across both frontend and backend components and have the opportunity to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Python-based applications and machine learning pipelines.

• Build and maintain backend services using Flask or FastAPI.

• Work with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) to train, test, and deploy models.

• Implement, fine-tune, and integrate Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, BERT) into real-world applications.

• Leverage LangChain to build advanced LLM-powered workflows and agents.

• Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to turn prototypes into scalable, production-grade systems.

• Integrate and manage MongoDB databases, including schema design and query optimization.

• Optimize code and model performance for reliability, speed, and scalability.

• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLM tooling, and propose innovative solutions for product development.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 experience in AI Engineering

• Strong proficiency in Python, with deep knowledge of OOP, modular programming, and design patterns.

• Experience with Flask or FastAPI for building RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Solid expertise in machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. • Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks or APIs like OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain.

• Familiarity with NLP, Transformers, or multimodal AI applications.

• Practical experience with model evaluation, fine-tuning, and prompt engineering techniques.

• Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment pipelines.

• Working experience with MongoDB, including document schema design and performance tuning. • Proficient in Git, Docker, and REST API integration.
