Create schedules, conduct inspections, and maintain maintenance documentation to improve equipment longevity. - Troubleshooting and Repairs: - Diagnose malfunctions, identify root causes, and coordinate timely repairs. Provide hands-on technical support and guidance to the team in resolving complex mechanical issues. - Spare Parts and Inventory Management: - Maintain adequate inventory of spare parts and supplies. Monitor stock levels, coordinate procurement, and ensure cost-effective inventory management. - Safety and Compliance: - Enforce safety regulations, conduct regular inspections, and ensure the team adheres to health, safety, and compliance standards. Lead safety training initiatives to promote a culture of safety awareness.
