Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sangli for a Construction Contracts Manager. The Construction Contracts Manager will oversee contract preparation, negotiation, and administration, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. Responsibilities include managing stakeholders, identifying risks, and resolving contract-related issues, as well as coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and project teams. The role requires close collaboration with the design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure the successful delivery of contracts on defined timelines. Qualifications - Experience in contract negotiation, drafting, and administration in construction or related industries - Strong knowledge of legal, commercial, and regulatory standards applicable to construction contracts - Proficiency in project management tools, ERP platforms, and advance-level MS Office skills - Sound knowledge of Pre and post Contract. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail - Effective communication, stakeholder management, and team collaboration skills - Ability to handle multiple contracts simultaneously and meet deadlines - A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management. - Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards in construction is a plus
