Role & Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including managing the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. - Book and process vendor invoices, track employee and vendor payments, and manage petty cash. - Perform bank reconciliations and other account reconciliations to resolve discrepancies. - Prepare and review financial statements (like balance sheets and income statements), monthly/quarterly financial reports, and assist with budgeting and forecasting. - Ensure timely payment of taxes and manage the preparation and filing of tax returns (e.g., GST, TDS). - Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits. - Work with other departments to ensure accurate financial information and collaborate with clients and vendors. Candidate Profile: - B.Com. / M.Com. / CA Inter with 3+ years of experience in a similar role. - Proficiency in Tally and MS Office, especially Excel. - Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and tax laws. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
