Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a QSR Order Taker / Captain / Steward. The responsibilities of the role include taking customer orders, assisting in food and beverage service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment. The role also involves handling sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications - Excellent Communication skills - Sales and Customer Service experience - Food & Beverage service skills - Experience in staff Training - Basic knowledge of Forklift Operation (if applicable) - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a plus
