Who We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- Master's degree in the relevant discipline.
- Candidates holding NET/SLET/SET certification (as per UGC norms) strongly encouraged.
- 3–5 years of teaching experience in recognized institutions.
- Freshers may also apply
- Knowledge of Indian education frameworks and contemporary pedagogies.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Technical & Pedagogical Skills:

- Strong command over subject matter with student-centered teaching approaches
- Proficiency in modern pedagogical methods (active learning, experiential learning, blended learning)
- Ability to mentor, inspire, and engage students of diverse backgrounds
- Digital literacy and comfort with education technology tools (LMS, virtual classrooms, assessment software)
- Excellent communication in English/Hindi or any regional language.

Your Role & Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and masterclasses for K12 and undergraduate students
- Contribute to curriculum design integrating Indian Knowledge Systems and global learning outcomes
- Evaluate student performance through innovative assessments
- Provide academic mentorship and career guidance
- Organize seminars, educational events, and enrichment programs in collaboration with our core team
- Bring fresh perspectives and creativity to every learning experience
