Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead with deep expertise in Node.js, React.js, Next.js, PostgreSQL, MySQL, AWS, and Cloudflare. The ideal candidate will have a strong product-centric mindset, the ability to lead a development team, and a passion for leveraging Generative AI technologies to build scalable, future-ready products.

Must have skills

● Backend Development:

○ Extensive hands-on experience with Node.js for building scalable server-side applications.

○ Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

● Frontend Development:

○ Expert in React.js and Next.js for building high-performance, modern web interfaces.

● Databases:

○ Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL and MySQL, including optimization and scaling.

● Cloud & Infrastructure:

○ Hands-on experience with AWS Services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, CloudFront, S3, IAM).

○ Experience with Cloudflare for CDN, DNS management, security, and edge computing.

● Version Control & Process:

○ Proficient with Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket workflows, pull requests, and code reviews.

○ Strong understanding of repository management, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.

○ Ability to enforce coding standards, documentation, and timely delivery of sprints/releases.

● Product Thinking:

○ Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.

○ Strong focus on performance, security, and cost optimization.

● Leadership:

○ Proven track record of leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and enforcing best practices.

○ Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

● Emerging Tech:

○ Awareness and hands-on interest in Generative AI tools & frameworks for product development.

● Professional attitude with flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs.

● Ability to work independently, quickly learn new tools/technologies, and make critical decisions.

● Strong discipline around deadlines, quality standards, and status reporting.

● Prior experience engaging directly with clients or product owners.

Preferred Qualifications

● Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

● Certifications in AWS or other cloud technologies (preferred).

● Experience in performance tuning, cost optimization, and deploying at scale.
