Plan prepare and deliver lessons and instructional materials following the Pravika International School curriculum Utilize a variety of teaching and learning strategies to meet the individual needs of all students Assign a variety of learning activities assignments and tests Utilize appropriate assessment and evaluation strategies to observe and monitor student learning on an ongoing basis Provide oral and written feedback on student work and classroom performance Maintain accurate and complete records of student progress Prepare reports on student learning Differentiate instruction based on individual student needs and abilities Use student data to inform classroom instruction Staff Development Stay current with revised Pravika International School curriculum and new teaching learning assessment evaluation strategies Participate in regular meetings with colleagues to share best practices in the classroom Participate in additional professional development opportunities Communication and Collaboration Maintain a collaborative relationship with school staff Pravika International Schools Canadian and local academic partners Provide on-going communication with parents through regular written and verbal contact and parent teacher conferences Share the curriculum with parents through open houses meetings etc Address parent concerns in a timely manner Organizational Efficiency Prepare the classroom according to Pravika International School standards Ensure implementation and compliance with all Pravika International School and or local curriculum Establish classroom and school expectations to manage student behaviour Comply with school regulations as outlined in staff handbooks Ensure that resources required for program support are fully implemented Ensure classrooms are safe caring inclusive and stimulating learning environments SCHOOL TEAM HIRING GUIDE 16 SKILLS Expertise in implementing new pedagogy Strong interpersonal skills with children and parents Demonstrated effective interpersonal communication and organizational skills A positive enthusiastic and friendly attitude Ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders Good computer skills and comfort level with technology QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor of Education Bachelor of Elementary Education NTT Diploma in ECE Strong English communication skills B2 English level minimum Previous experience in an educational leadership role and an international school is an asset Role Day Care Teacher Incharge Attendant Industry Type Education Training Department Teaching Training Employment Type Full Time Permanent Role Category Preschool Primary Education Education UG B Ed in Education Any Graduate Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 278 23 - 26 403 75 per month Work Location In person
