The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, excellent networking knowledge, and team management skills. This role involves supervising day-to-day office activities, coordinating with team members, monitoring network-based tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow and productivity. Key Responsibilities 1. Team Management & Leadership Supervise, guide, and motivate a team to achieve individual and collective targets. Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned responsibilities. Monitor employee performance and provide feedback, coaching, and mentoring. Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and resolve issues. 2. Network-Based Operations Management Oversee network-based office operations and ensure system connectivity. Coordinate with the IT and technical teams to handle any network or software issues. Ensure smooth functioning of online databases, ERP systems, and shared platforms. Implement workflow strategies to improve operational efficiency. 3. Process Optimization & Coordination Plan, organize, and manage daily operations to achieve business objectives. Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless coordination. Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements in work processes. Maintain accurate records of team performance and project updates. 4. Training & Development Conduct training sessions for new team members on network tools, office processes, and reporting systems. Update the team on new tools, policies, and technologies. Foster a positive work culture and encourage teamwork and collaboration. 5. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on team productivity. Maintain logs of network-based tasks and system updates. Report escalated issues to higher management for quick resolution. Required Skills & Competencies Technical Skills Basic to advanced knowledge of network-based systems, office automation tools, and online platforms. Familiarity with ERP systems, databases, and cloud-based operations. Ability to troubleshoot minor network and system-related issues. Leadership Skills Strong team management and coordination abilities. Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team towards achieving set goals. Communication Skills Proficient in verbal and written communication.
