Job Description

We are hiring for US Healthcare and are looking for fresh graduates with excellent communication skills. This is a great opportunity to start your career in a stable, fixed night shift role with weekends off.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide professional support for a US Healthcare process.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.

Required Candidate Profile

- Experience:
- Graduate Freshers are eligible.
- Graduates with 7 months of experience.
- Undergraduates with 1 year of experience.
- Skills:Good communication skills are mandatory.
- Availability:Immediate joiners are required.
- Work Schedule: Must be comfortable working in fixed night shifts with Saturday and Sunday off.

Additional Information

- Salary: Up to 23k in-hand (equivalent to 3.30 LPA).
- Work Location: Gurgaon/Noida.
